A) Policy Statement:Maintaining secure and effective conditions for its clients and staff is a priority for JCC Networks LTD and its affiliates. Trafficking in individuals and any other kind of slavery, including but not limited to sex trafficking and/or labor trafficking, are completely prohibited by the company and will not be tolerated. Trafficking is the use of coercion, fraud, and force to obtain labor or services from an individual for a commercial sex act or for the purpose of holding that person in involuntary servitude, debt, or slavery. It also includes the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, and solicitation of that person. Employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and anyone else with whom JCC Networks LTD conducts business are not permitted to engage in any activity that could be construed as human trafficking or slavery. This encompasses the following actions, but is not limited to them:• Engaging in any type of human trafficking;• obtaining sex acts for pay;• Regardless of the issuing body, destroying, hiding, seizing, or otherwise preventing access by a person to identity or immigration documents, such as passports or driver's licenses;• Watching explicit content concerning trafficking individuals or utilizing company resources or finances to do so.B) Mandatory Reporting Requirements:Clients and employees have an immediate obligation to inform our support team representative of any potential violations of the Human Trafficking Policy or any related laws or regulations in order for these issues to be reviewed, dealt with ethically and responsibly, and further reported, if necessary. It is crucial to notify any suspected violations as soon as possible.C) Violations Of This Policy:The Company will launch an urgent investigation and, in its sole discretion, take appropriate action against those who breach this policy if it suspects that an employee or client has broken it. Termination of the agreement or contract, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, and finally suspension and/or removal of the account are just a few examples of such acts. The Company may also inform legal enforcement about the situation.
